This job, my focus is to show a bit of my process. From sketching until the Final art.
A tip I can do, for those are starting in ther career. Don't be afraid to show the progress and test as much as possible (of course, don't kill the deadline). Your Leads/Art director, He will love it!

Also, as an UI Designer. Keep in mind you need provide examples and a brief explanation how you achieve that result and how to replicate. So the team does not need to enter in contact with you everytime, unless really necessary.
